Sir I have purchased a mobile with 0% interest using kotak credit card.. Now since kotak mahindra bank is charging me 14% interest in credit card statement, they said that the refund amount i will get by samsung directly since its their offer to customer... Initially samsung said that they will refund me after six months, but now its more than 8 months & samsung is not responding me with refund...
