Dear sir, We purchased samsung model ua32j6300 sr no a3v3pcc700760 @rs45000 only In ganpati electronics on dated 09.11.15 at muzaffarpur, bihar, now suddenly pannel gone under damage checked by technician through complained no [protected] dated 14.11.18 from our tv, as per technician require its replacement then the problem will be resolved, the problem is two no bulb showing in the screen during tv on position, now pls tell me is the right or wrong in tv at only 3 year, i am telling you when i was purchased only samsung name product, but it seems samsung name product is very rough.
