[Resolved] Samsung India — pathetic arrogant horrible customer care | |||
Trying to raise a service request for my fully automatic washing machine but customer service representative is highly arrogant, incompetent and rude. Its ridiculous how a company like samsung treats its customer. Customer care representative named namitha was attending my call and she simply refused to take the complaint. After too much struggle i somehow got the complaint registered but now the service engineer is not responding. And disconnecting the call when i call him. Your customer care had the audacity to tell me that they wont do anything and I am making them mad by calling again and again after they disconnect my call without registering the complaint
