[Resolved] Samsung India — Pathetic customer service for warranty product JU7500 48 inch | |||
I bought a 48 inch JU7500 4K Samsung TV in May 2015 and also spent a huge sum for extended warranty. My consumer no is [protected]. Today when I complained to the customer service about a defect in the remote, they casually replied that my TV's warranty has expired and that I'll have to buy a remote, despite me telling the agent that it is under extended warranty. Very callous attitude of the agent reflecting on the poor quality of training by Samsung. Secondly poor customer information availability at the customer service. With all these will I buy another Samsung product? Am also compelled to tell all my friends and family from buying any Samsung product in future. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have Samsung a8 model mobile last 3weeks before my mobile LCD was broken. So I given my mobile one samsung care on 14oct16 but till I didn't get any exact revert from their side. So kindly help me to get back my mobile asap
