[Resolved]  Samsung India — poor handling of complaint by dealer girias, chennai and samsung enginners. freezer door not replaced even after 10 days of registration

I purchased a samsung refrigerator rt37m[protected] lts) 3 star from girias, anna nagar. On installation we found dent on fridge door rh side (Front view). We approached the dealer sales person mr. Jagan (He is interested in selling and not even helped). After my follow up he escalated to area service manager and got approval for replacement. My complaint codes are [protected] and [protected]. Engineer murali came and after argument accepted for door replacement. Dealer is blaming company and samsung blaming giruas.. Is it the way samsung customers need to be at lurch. Very poor demo.. Executive interested in selling bottom stand rather than to check the damages (No router packing damage but inside freezer door dent). Mr. Farooq another enginner was assigned with code [protected] and i called him he said that he is not responsible for my 600099 area. Pathetic customer satisfaction. I made a mistake of buying from dealer girias who is not even bothered for customers. Even samsung team has not arranged spares even after 10 days of first complaint. Only message is coming within 3 days they will arrange but samsung team is not aware and not interested. Please escalate to top samsung managers to get my freezer door replaced on priority and immediately

My Samsung s7 edge phone fell down and break front screen glass.i was consulted samsung service center in chenni and they told me that do not replace glass need to change LCD display also. My phone display have no.problem till now.then why change display also? Can i replace my glass and where in Chennai?
