[Resolved] Samsung India — poor service and cheating | |||||
Hi, I placed a service request for my fully automatic washing machine on the 5th July, 2018. Your representative visited on 6th and took the computer part of the machine, said that it is spoilt and will need fixing. We paid him Rs 350/- as visit charges and the next day paid him Rs.3250/- for the machine. However the washing machine has not worked since and your representative has not been answering the calls and not are they sending anyone to rectify this. They came from Super Appliances, Goregaon East, Mumbai. I want either the machine to be fixed or want the entire 3600/- refunded. The person's contact no. Is [protected].
