[Resolved]  Samsung India — poor service

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory service by your b2x service center. I handed over the mobile with job sheet number [protected] on april 06, 2018 at your branch r-30 & 31, plot no. 6-7, 1st floor, main road, vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi, 110092. And your staff member assured to deliver the mobile within two days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the mobile not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past ten years. But this time it was a big letdown.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that mobile is delivered by april 11, 2018. If you would like to contact me, call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com. I shall look ahead to your reply.

Defective Had Set was sold. Compliant Lodged with Samsung. Manufacturing Defect, but, Samsung asked Repairing Cost to be paid of Rs 5000/- approx. Mobile Hand Set is lying with Service Center since January, 2018.

I had purchased Samsung Galaxy J 7 max FROM VIRAR WEST TOP TEN MOBILE SHOP on 12.01.2018.
