[Resolved] Samsung India — problem facing in samsung led 49 inch model no - ua49k5100

Dear sir / madam,

I have purchased samsung led model no - ua49k5100 (29/08/2017) by m/s vijay sales (Panvel branch) navi mumbai
Problem ;- during start led black spot on side and upper side of screen showing this cloud type spots are continues on picture screen
Why this type are show on tv

I have purchased samsung led 49 inch due to its brand name. But since i am suffering from the above mentioned problems, i think that i had made wrong choice and the system is not at all value for money.

You are requested to please look into the matter and do the permanent solution of the problem. Because i have not afford for purchase led every year
So please give permanent solution.

As per trailing mail,

Your service technician visited and said that there is LED display and panel is 80% defective and needs to be change.

I have purchase 05 month ago and now it is in warranty period.
Model No -UA49K5100 ( 29/08/2017 ) by M/S Vijay sales ( Panvel Branch), Navi Mumbai, India
I have purchased Samsung led 49 inch due to its brand name. But since I am suffering from the above mentioned problems, I think that I had made wrong choice and the system is not at all value for money.

so please give permanent solution.

So I am requesting to replace the whole TV set with new one.

Please do the needful.
