Samsung India — purchased on emi, but full amount charged by bank at once | |||||
Order no:[protected] First of all this order was made on 8th december 2017 Product arrived on: 6/1/2018. Purchased on emi with sbi card Full amount was charged first on transaction. Later when my credit card bill came, bank asked for full amount 28900/- i contacted my bank and told them that this transaction is on emi, bank told to contact the website as sbi card didn't have this information. I then complained to samsung support that my transaction was on emi so how is the bank asking for full amount? On 2nd jan 2018, and still samsung respective department is unable to reply to this error, and my bank's due date is arriving soon. I would be happy to return the watch if they don't honor the emi. And would like a full refund on my transaction. Or put it on emi. Was this information helpful? | |||||
