[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator | |||
This is to inform you that i have purchased one refrigerator from m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd., saltlake vide their invoice no. 4424/1617/01015 dt. 10.5.2016. After installation of refrigerator at my residence at saltlake, i have faced the following problems : 1) whole refrigerator was replaced after one month of installation due to the defect of new refrigerator. 2) after six months from the date of replacement of refrigerator, sensor of the refrigerator was replaced due to the defect of sensor. 3) some parts were again changed in the refrigerator against my complain 4) again on 27 th. May, 2017, sensor and other parts of the refrigerator were replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||
