[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
I requested for service for refrigerator model no.:rt42hdagesl/2014, as there was no cooling in same product. Service guy came on 09.01.2018 and he changed inside freezer panel (Call no.: [protected]). After few days there is problem of frosting, everywhere in freezer ice only and secondly water leakage in lower part of refrigerator. Yesterday i. E; on 17.01.2018 i complaint again for same problem, service executive came same day, during his visit instead of checking main problem he was unnecessary was disturbing refrigerator doors if there is no need of that and he said, "i will come after two and we have to off refrigerator for min.
