[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
Complaint Reference No. [protected] logged on 17/1/2018 - cooling problem. Engineer came next day, replaced sensor wire. Problem continued, engineer came again, checked & said "no gas leak" but problem with board. Replaced board a few days later and charged me Rs 3500/-. Next day, refrigerator STOPPED WORKING. Engineer came again and now said "gas leak"!! Said condenser needs to be replaced - till today (3/2/18), replacement part has not arrived and refrigerator has not been working for 2 weeks. No definitive response from Samsung Service or call centre teams, despite repeated calls. Really terrible service and incompetent service team. Was this information helpful? | |||
