Dear Sir,
1. I purchased one of your high end phones called C9 Pro.
2. To my horror, I discovered that it heats up and also burns the charger, that comes alongwith the handset.
3. I complained at your Service Centre with all required documents, but, am appalled to learn, that it might take about 15 -30 days for a replacement/refund as SAMSUNG may so decide.
4, What am I expected to do till then ???? ?????
5, IT MEANS IT WAS MY FAULT BUYING A SAMSUNG ????
6. YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ALSO HAS BLANK REPLIES AND DOESN'T SEEM OR BOTHER TO help a Samsung Customer.
7. ENCLOSED, PL FIND MY SERVICE REQUEST.
8. Pl help me with a early replacement or refund as Samsung may so decide so as to be able to buy a Apple or One Plus Series…….
