Dear Samsung team yesterday I (Rajesh Yadav) go to Samsung care at Rewari (HR) location with my ON 8 handset with powerkey problem . I handover my handset them against request no [protected] with 'out of warranty' status with a charge of Rs 500/. But when they handover same device to me, they had taken only Rs 450 against invoice no _[protected] . I have doubt at that time how can such difference in payable amount. Today I have received a message from AM-SamCCC same as below mention. Plz check this and confirm that what I paid such amount is right or cheating ?
