[Resolved]  Samsung India — s9+ change in delivery status and no proper communication from samsung team

Hi,

I have ordered Samsung s9+ from Samsung online shop. on 15th I received a message that my product will be delivered by 16th. Product came to Hyderabad and again I received a message that product has been returned back with seller consent.

I am calling them every day and I am getting false promises about my product delivery. Also, they are not transferring my calls to their manager.

I request Samsung authorities to look into the matter and improve their services.

Pathetic Service I'll say about Samsung. And pathetic customer care Samsung has.

Guys don't ever buy any Samsung products from Samsung online store.

I have called customer care 20 times and received 20 different stories about my product status. can I get a proper response?

I want my product. I m tired of calling Samsung customer care for 4 days. It's worst service I have ever seen.
