[Resolved]  Samsung India — s9+ service declined - still not resolved

This complaint is a follow up to the my previous complaint dated 5th august 2018.

I saw samsung reply way too late and by then it was marked as resolved. You have requested me to give you the details of the complaint with no email address to send it to. I don't know if you expect me to share my email id and phone number on public platform.
Unfortunately none of your service centers didn't even bother give me any service support let alone give any customer complaint number to refer later. They have simple told me to send the phone to a uae service center to fix the phone. Since i live in maldives and the phone was purchased as gift by my friend for me. I don't have a choice to send the mobile to uae for repair. I am at end of my wits as having to work with a broken phone is unbearable.

I really appreciate if you could resolve this for me. Or else i am just waiting to get back to india so i could replace the phone with a new phone.

Dear Samsung India,

Its been 22 days since I have posted my complaint for second time and received your reply. To this day no one have contacted me by mail. The first time I have complaint the same thing happened. And without contacting me or resolving my complaint in actual you have changed the status to resolved. I figure you are not much interested is resolving customer complaints. Than just selling the product and leaving the customer with a bad experience.
