Dear sir i bought my new samsung a50 last month but unfortunately device got bended automatically, i call ur customer care number miss alika told me that u have to visit the service center and they will solve or replace the device, but when i visit my experience is very disappointed, , firstly they refuse to get my phone after long conversation they do a QNA now today they said company refused to repair, but customer service boy clearly mention that device has no scratches at all, then how they can said warranty is void, plz help me sir, i have to much hope from u, their is nun of my fault, u guys have to replace otherwise repair in warranty, bcoz i pay 21000 just a month ago, my number is [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Name palwinder singh Ajnala Amritsar Punjab Service center where i submitted my phone is Hide market care center Amritsar Was this information helpful? | |||
