Samsung India — samsung a70 mobile

Hi,
I have purchased a samsung a70 mobile in month of aug-2019 during auto upgradation of software the mobile was completely crash totally technical issue (Not even single scratches on mobile no physical damage) in moth of jan-2020, so approached samsung service centre (Care point) jayanagar 3rd block bengaluru after the inspection found that the mother board to be replaced, since its under warranty period the exchanged and given no idea it replaced with new board are used one. Before the delivery had a discussion with the unit manager mr. Sunil about the issue and requested to extend the warranty or replace for a new mobile since its under warranty after the conversation, sunil the manager suggested to use the mobile for couple of days asking for feedback meanwhile he approach their superior about it and it will be keep posted to me, during delivery of the phone found scratches on the back panel i have shown the same they were just ignored no reaction at all & so careless people in service centre. As sunil suggested i have done same way followed as he suggested after using the mobile within 3 days found many problem in the set (Apps will disappear, calls were disconnecting, set is hanging. During service and after the service i have to follow up sms to sunil and their colleagues for each and everything no one bothered to check and to take feedback, many follow ups calls from my end to service centre finally had an heat argument with sunil finally agreed to handover the set to service centre to verify. Kept the handset for 4 days at service centre then i started calling samsung customer care waiting for 45 minutes whenever i call the calls will keep transferring, waiting time was 45 to 50 minutes for my query no proper positive answer from the representatives get an answer there is no such policy for replacement of handset or extending the warranty once the gadget is sold will provide the service as per the warranty once period is over paid service will be initiated. Then requested want to speak to their superior after multiple request finally had to speak sr. Supervisor had an argument about it and it was told complaint will be logged in consumer court then statement was changed warranty will be extended for 2 years etc... Again had to request for replacement explaining the problem within the warranty so much problem in mobile they are just trying to escape not finding the solution for my problem even send an e-mail no proper response. After the purchasing mobile second service within a six month no body willing to take responsibility from service centre or samsung customer care all are just escaping from the situation.

Request to please look into my problem as i have paid so much money for the mobile it cost to me...…. Paid through monthly emi.

Looking for a solution of mobile within 5 months mother board has been replaced twice service was done after servicing the mobile performance is not up to the mark I have requested to Samsung customer care as well service centre to requested replace the device they happily ignored and throwing ball one to another.

till now I have not got any response from Samsung india I only following from the day one but no solution. one thing they are very irresponsible even service centre care point at Jayanagar.
