Samsung India — Samsung ac stops working in flat 10 days | |||
I have purchased 1 ton ac (2016) model on 26th feb and installation was on 27th feb at bangalore. It stopped working from 10th march. When i call up the customer care they say that i need to pay for damaged parts. This is ridiculous. Your guys have come for installation and within 10 days after paying 35 k, the ac stops working and you are asking customer to pay for parts. I strongly beleive either the quality of the acs of samasung are either pathetic or that you have sent me some refurbished piece. Even my details were not properly recorded in your database. I spent 15 mins speaking to customer care answering some stupid questions. I request you guys to quality check the products being manufactured and not trouble customers with poor quality products. I have lg & bluestar acs installed in other rooms and i don't have any problem for last two years. Please help in getting this rectified at the earliest.
