[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung defective washing machine without serial number | |||
Hi Samsung I have purchase a washing machine (WA65N4260SS Top Loading with Digital Inverter motor 6.5Kg) on 1/1/2019 from Ajay Trading Co (5/5 Jacubpura, Near Girls Govt School Gurgaon 122001).and this is defected product and when I complaint to Samsung for service/replace then Samsung told me that there are no serial number in this machine. After that I follow to Ajay Trading but 2/1/2019 to till now there is no action. I am still waiting for replace my machine. When I call to Ajay trading, Sachin and Gurpreet always told me that your case is in process and still in process no action taken in last 5 months. Sales executive is Mr. Bhardwaj. I complained to Consumer forum and my complaint number is 1256869 Please replace my machine otherwise I will go to Consumer court for this issue. I have followed last 5 month and no one help me. Is it my fault to purchase a Samsung product. Who is responsible for this Samsung, Because I purchase a Samsung produce. Samsung Executive Kamna Send me a email that Samsung Cann't help you.
