I Bought new Samsung galaxy S8 64 GB phone 10 June 2017. At the time of purchasing representative of the dealer log IN my Galaxy app with my airtel number and them he inserted my JIo sim in slot 1. I had not got any kind of intimation of not changing the sim of slot 1 so i changed the sim according to my convenience. Now i am not getting any offer of galaxy app. I consulted it on customer care and they said i am not eligible to get any offer. Now i was not having any intimation regarding SIm changing, so is this not my fault that i am not getting any offer. I request you to do the needful for the same. Otherwise i will be found to forward it to higher authorities regarding this. Watling for your reply in positive.

I have already registered a complain regarding not getting any offer on my galaxy app. Last week Samsung call me and asked my IMEi no and i sent you, but i have not received any reply regarding the same.Samsung are offering various schemes like wireless charger other people are availing that offer but i am unable to do the same.you people stretching it very long.I request you to do the needful for the same. Otherwise i will be found to forward it to higher authorities regarding this.
