[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy note 4 battery. | |
I am a huge fan so samsung's note series mobile phones. I purchases galaxy note 2 mid of 2013 and after using it for around 2 years i have upgraded to galaxy note 4. However, after usage of 18-20 months note 4's battery started loosing charge very quickly and stopped working within a month. From that time, to be more specific from last one year i am trying to replace the battery on my galaxy note 4 as the handset is in excellent condition. However, non of your authorized service centers or authorized stores carry original battery for galaxy note 4. This is unacceptable. I spending 40 k on a mobile which works only for 2 years. Great!!! I thought o[censored]pgrading to galaxy note 8, but again why should i spend 60 k when your after sales service is so pathetic!!! Was this information helpful? | |
