Samsung India — Samsung galaxy s7 edge / given fake promises and offers while selling the product which was not fulfilled | |||
dear team, I procured a galaxy s7 edge mobile phone on 9th of july 2016 from ""poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, n. s. r road, coimbatore. while purchasing the mobile the sales executive (mr. vignesh) updated me telling that there is a special offer for the s7 edge. he said that i will be receiving a samsung"vr gear"after 30 days where i have to pay an extra amount of rs.999 after 30 days. then accepting that offer i procured that mobile. after 4 days when i went to the shop for a clarification of the product and inquired about the vr gear, he gave me a new story that the offer is closed and i will not be getting the vr gear. so should i take it as"fake promises " given to the customers to sell the product?. if the offer was closed before i purchased the product why should he be giving false promises. I would kindly request the team to look into this issue and advice the dealer to provide me with the vr gear. i am ready to pay the mentioned price (rs.999) Was this information helpful? | |||

Same here. They are just giving false promises. I actually bought S7 edge for sake of this offer !!! And i hate this phone for the sole reason of cheating me. Its been 3 months for me, and all i hear from samsung is CONCERNED team will get back !!! They are completely irresponsible. [protected] is my case reference number.
