[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy s8 network issue | |||
I bought a samsung galaxy s8 phone on 22 june 2017, i was facing network issue from the day one but i thought it might be of the service provider. When i realized that the issue was with the phone i approached samsung service center madhapur. I requested for replacement or money, but they convinced me with repair of the product with 6 months extended warranty which they emailed me as well. But when i visited to collect my phone after one month now they are refusing to give me 6 months extended warranty i will attach all the necessary documents to support my complaint. Now as they broke their promise i want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
