Hello sir i had purchase samsung mobile on 10.12.16 and the problem in the phone is the display issue i had to get in and out service center alot times after that they replace me at last on fri with lots of calling coustoner care and goin srvice center but when i got new phone the phone has red line on display i immeditaly gone to service center next day im morning they said the issue is clearly visible and it is again a hardware problem u have to wait for tue as they as not in mood of doa i was realy disopinted as i had to go to outof station on tue plzzz provide me on mon as it is been a 8 days i was harrising by u they can do doa but no they had to prove they have poor service under the brand plzzz give me solution asap i did bigest mistake buying samsung my name.sukhjinder singh mob.[protected] email.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
