Samsung India — Samsung J7 battery died within 20 days of purchase & not available for 15 days | |||
Bought samsung j7 from reliance digital in kolkata. After 20 days it stopped working so visited service centre which said battery died but cant replace as there is no stock so i visited another centre they also told same thing & asked me to enquire after 4-5 day. But i enquired after 15 days but still battery not available in both centres. I lodged complain over phone as well as e-maild. But no positive response till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
