[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung J7 display defects | |||||
Dear Sir, I am having samsung J7 mobile baught on 8th Nov 2015. some days back suddenly its display gone blank on middle of the screen after one day it completely got blank. Although phone is not dropped and also there is no external damage to the phone. I went to service center they told that display is being pressed and replacement of display is required. Replacement of display not covered under warrantee and it will cost around Rs. 6000/- samsung service center put my mobile service under category "damage by customer" although this case comes under the category failure of workmanship because they have not companded display and touch pad properly. Display problem is coming in mostly J series of the samsung mobiles. pl put my problem to samsung to resolve issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
