[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j7 prime | |||
I lodged a complaint against the samsung j7 prime on 19.7.2018 about the problematic set as it changed two spare parts, one was charging port and other is panel of the mobile. After lodging complaint, your very good office told to send the mobile to samsung care centre and i send it to shakherbazar centre under kolkata but they did not changed it. Now, i noticed that you have shown the case as resoloved on 22.2.2018 which is wrong. At present, the said mobile is almost not working. Rajib kairal Mobile no.
