I used samsung j7 max mobile phone last day in 10/08/2018 suddenly my phone mice not working i receive any call but no sound so i goes to samsung care in phase 5 mohali my token no s49 i wait when my tokan no comes i go and take my phone to service center executive he told we have check this phone 2-3 hours i said ok after 3 hours he call me and told me some water is in ur phone i says ok i dont want to repaire it and nest day i went to take my phone back he told me give 350 rs i ask why he told because our engiiner check this i told it is in warrenty so why i pay u 350 rs he told i don't know but i want 350 rs my phone is in warrenty purchase date[protected] problem in phone[protected] now tell me what i do help and solve this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
