DEAR SIR, I have purchased one samsung mobile j5 prince electronics shop no-4 bajaria ghaziabad but then i have purchased this mobile its not working properly i have many times visit samsung service centre but problem not resolve at this time my phone submit in service centre and i have phase problem service centre name garg trading company 386 loha mandi ghaziabad-201001 invoice no-[protected] date 13/02/2017 claim no[protected] model-j500fzddins the service centre charge 439.44 rs/- then this phone in service period sir plz resolve my problem and change my phone i have complaint counsumer forum and submitt my application they give ref no- but i want resolve my problem samsung end so replace my phone secondly i have go consumer court. submitt date-09/02/2017 second date-15/02/2017 two time submitt and at this time submitt in service centre my phone. plz help me and replace it.
