[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung mobile warranty was there but no warranty support from samsung

I have order the mobile samsung galxy on ntx from flipkart and got it on janaury 19 2017. All of sudden one day phone display was not working properly and it was not showing imaes clearly. So i took the mobile to nearest samsung service center located in nalanagar hyderabad. The took mobile for investigation and gave it back after few days saying that mobile rear part is damaged, so display is not working. Now when came back it was not even showing anything, i mean not alteast blurr images nothing. I am not sure what they did or did i get the defective piece from samsung? I am not clear on this but i have spent money on mobile and now no one is responding fixing my problem. Service center people were asking 7000/- saying display is damaged. So i kept it at ome phone. After few days one of my friend told about consumer complaints so raising the voice here.

I have already posted a complaint here in october but without attending and addressing the complaint status is changed to resolved. Please re-open or work on this new complaint
