[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung mu6470 is substandard for the price | |||
I have purchased 49 inch samsung mu6470 and started using it from last week. When i felt that there is considerable motion blur leading to lag in the movie, i asked my friend for the reason. He checked and let me know that the refresh rate is very low at 60hz. As a result, the experience of watching movies is very pathetic. I paid more than one lakh rupees for samsung mu6470 and am feeling cheated by samsung. I expected a good product when i paid 100000 rupees. I am planning to complain at consumer court against samsung. Please don't buy samsung mu6470. Was this information helpful? | |||
