Today in 19th still i had not received my order, i am following up from 14th october with fedex and samsung customer care, everyday they are telling you will get by eod
What is the issue even i had made payment before it self,

What kind of service they are giving

Maine 13 oct ko samsung ka washin machine liya aur mujhse kaha gaya ki demonstration ke liye aapki company se 14 oct ko banda aayega but aaj 15 oct ho gya aur ab tak koi nai aya.Kal jab maine ish distributor se baat ki to ushne kaha aapka call log ho chuka hai but jab jab maine customer care baat kiya to pata chala ki mera call log hi nai hua hai.
