Dear Team, I booked samsung on nxt from samsung official site shop.samsung.com on sunday 15 jan 2017. My order id is[protected], i got the delivery of my product on thursday 19 jan 2017. But when i unboxed my product and switch on it, i discovered that the BACK BUTTON which is present right to home button was not working at all. so i want you to replace my phone as soon as possible.
