[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung on7 pro mobile battery blast | |||
Yesterday my samsung on 7 pro mobile battery got blast around 11 pm, and start burning like a cracker. Thank god my 4 years old kid saw the fire and he start shouting, i ran there, within 5 to 7 sec my bed catch fire and start burning. I throw the battery down with the help of pillow and stop fire with the pillow and water. Fortunately the mobile was not in our hand otherwise any big accident could happened, Usually we heard about the #samsungmobile battery blast but yesterday it happened with me. Why it always with samsung mobile battery, its a big brand, on believing on brand we purchased samsung mobile, don't they should take some special attention to their battery! Its matter of someone's life #samsungmobile can't take it easy. I want my compensation for my damages and mental shock. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have submitted my mobile, battery, invoice to samsung service centre Ramphal chowk on Saturday. Today I got the call from service center ramphal chowk, that I have to submit a Photo id and sign a document, so that they can provide me a new mobile phone.
Here I am very clear that I want componsation for the loss of my property (my bed, mattress, mobile phone) which is caused by the explosion. And more importantly componsation for risk of life of my family, mental trouma what we go through from that day, n the believe what we did on your company so that i brought your mobile. Hope you understand my concern.i will wait for your right decision.
