[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung panel issue | |||
Hi samsung team, I have trusted samsung products and kept 60000rs /-. Even though i have chance to take other brand with less price. I choose samsung, due to best quality. Now i am facing panel issue less than 2 yr. Now demanding 11, 000rs. I am not capable to kept that much amount. Now i am helpless. I have one solution, i need to throw this tv into dustbin. I think samsung expected from customer same. Because even chance is there to repair my tv with less amount. Then also you guys saying only panel replacement is solution. Please help us to repair my tv with changing led strips. Please support the customer. Please provide us best service to us. You guys need to understand the customer situation and provide the best service. I hope you will provide best solution for me, other then 50% discount. Was this information helpful? | |||
