Old reference number [protected] New reference number [protected] Purchase date - 1/11/2016, Complaints - 2/6/2017, 22/8/2017, 14/10/2017, 22/8/2018 This is the 4th repair call & 2 replacements of the panel (In warranty). I have been asked to replace panel again today at rs 2000. I was not given product replacement in warranty period inspite of 3 failures in warranty time. Now its failed again & out of warranty. I am told its company policy that we cant help out of warranty. I need an escalation here. I have bought an lg microwave as i am not satisfied with samsung refrigerator & service. Response.
