[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung refrigerator - compressor replacement under warranty | |||
I have purchased samsung refrigerator in 2013. From last more than 15 days, there is cooling problem in our refrigerator. Freezer was not working at all. We filed a complaint in samsung care and requested for an engineer visit. He came within an hour. After his visit, engineer said there is leakage of gas and it will cost around 1800rs including labor charges. We said okay and ask him to fix thw problem. He came the next day to solve the issue. Then he said compressor is not working which is under 10 years of warranty. So it was under warranty. He asked for the bill, we gave him the bill and he said he has ordered the new compressor and it will arrive in 3-5 days. It has been 10 days from when we have registered our complaint and they have not provided any useful solution. Today i have received a call from service centre. They said it will take another week. It takes more than 10 days for a compressor to arrive from noida to haryana!! Strange -_- Pissed of samsung care! _ so bad service.. Was this information helpful? | |||
