[Resolved]  Samsung India — Samsung reversed my VR2 order after a week.

This is Arpit Agarwal.

I had ordered VR and paid full amount and after so many days you are sending me a mail that my amount is reversed.

That is totally unethical and unacceptable.

How can you take the money in the first case and then after a week reply that your amount will be reversed due to overwhelming response. Is samsung team playing with us or what. When ever you want you can place the order and whenever you want you can reverse the amount. This is totally deficiency in service and unjust behaviour from samsung. I[censored] wanted to reverse the order why did you take the money in the first case. My order shouldn't have processed then. Why were you still showing the offer for next two days. And in between again showing the offer for a week. If the VR was booked completely then you shouldn't have booked my VR. And after 2 days I again saw the ofdee on MY GALAXY. If the bookings were full then why were you showing the offer to book and VR?.

I dont want my amount to get reversed and I want my VR 2 hadset as soon as possible. Otherwise I will file a case in consumer forum regarding the false hope which you gave to deliver the VR and by taking the amount. That is not what i expected from samsung. I had a good reputation of samsung but now my expectations are falling by such cheap behaviour from samsung. I will really file a case in consumer forum if I don't get my VR delivered.

I can understand that its in your TC that if the order is fill you can cancel the order. But who cancels it after a week. And why was the AD / OFFER live for next 3 days also. If it was already sold before. Then why the OFFER was still there? To fool customers?

I'm not getting any call or revert from the headquarters too. I mailed plenty of times but still there is no response. Never expected samsung will go at such level. Had high hopes from this company. No one is trying to solve my query.

Please give me a call back. Wrote so many mails and spoke to priya, neha, amit gautam, robin. No one is callimg me back and answering my mails and calls.
Is that way samsung treat its customer???
