Hi! This is Rakesh Choudhary purchased Samsung S7 on 21st June 2016 from reliance store, near Ganpati plaza, M I road, Jaipur (Rajasthan). I am facing problem ever since I have purchased. The phone gets hanged. Received an update, which I updated but still problem persists. Took handset to store where they formatted my phone due to which data got lost and they also updated using their software but still same problem is there.
