[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung s7 screen

Dear sir,

With respect to imei number [protected],
The screen of the phone is coming out due to the paste/gum with which the screen is stuck to the phone is not appropriate. This is the second time i am facing the same problem.
For the first time i took my phone to the service centre they charged me around rs 8000 and again on screen coming out they are asking me another rs 8000 in a span of 6 months.
Please revert with confirmation that do i have to pay rs8000 every 6 month, i am a college student and such cost is not at all bearable by me.

Please look into the matter and help me with the same.

As per the telephonic communication with Samsung's representative, I was told that my problem will be resolved at priority basis and I will be contacted soon .

As per the telephonic communication with Mr Kuldeep from Samsung Head Quarters Delhi, I was told that a pick up service will be provided for my device and only after inspection would they be able to say anything on it.

Till date there is no effective measures taken by Samsung.
Being a college student, I cannot afford another 8 thousand rupees, so please help me with the same.
