Samsung mobile phone service is one of the worst one. I purchased faulty s8 which is having network issue, it is a manufacturing defect. I asked them to replace or money back, but they convinced with 6month extended warranty. When i visited to service centre at madhapur they are refusing to give extended warranty. Even though when i showed them the mail which i received from head office. When these fellows who sent mail to me, why they will not inform to service centre. They don't have minimum common sense they don't feel responsibility, when i give reply for their mail they won't give response also. It is already nearly 2months till now i dint received my mobile.
