Hi all, this is my bad experience with samsung tv. I bought led tv 43" inch in 2018 sep month and within one year i got rbg color on the screen which was rectified by their customer representative. Again in jan 2020 another issue came up (Power board failure) and they told me that i need to replace which cost me 4300/-. For your update, within 1.5 years i got two complaints on the product and customer care doesn't seem to be helpful. Their careless answer shows the value they pay to customer. Please think twice before buying samsung product. I paid close to 50k for this product and i am a victim of their poor quality tv manufacturing. Was this information helpful? | |||
