Hi samsung team, we have required from past 2 months for resolve my issue by repair. But you asking 11000 rs for panel replacement. I cannot effort that much now. I dnt want panel replacement. Please help me for repair. If you change two led strips. My issue will be resolved. I dnt know why you guys treating customer like this way and demanding high amount.

My request . I have taken TV 2year back . on 6 months back i got panel issue. That means in 18 months, i got technical issue. Now your Samsung Team asking 11, 000 rupee for panel replacement. It is very high amount . i cannot effort that much amount. Current your team provided 50% discount. it came to 11, 000. my request is please help me for 75% discount. i am very small employee . I hope for positive response from your side.
