SAMSUNG
This is very shameful that I am highlighting that fraud is done with me by local service centre at Jammu and some wrong commitments/Indimation done by Mr Manish Kumar Singh, Manager-Customer Experience over phone and mails, but NO SENIOR IS INTERESTED TO CONTACT ME, NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL OR MAIL. PATHETIC EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
Samsung is replying again and again that this is discussed with senior escalation department. does that mean that seniors are also involved in this HARASSMENT.
Samsung Service center in Jammu installed duplicate lcd/screen with fade colour in name of replacing manufacturing defective parts AND now Mr Manish Kumar Singh is daunting me that why I have purchased second sale product which is under warranty.
Mr Manish you really made me realize that
SAMSUNG PRODUCTS HAVE NO RESALE VALUE, NOW AT LEAST WHOLE INDIA WILL KNOW THIS AND SHOULD AVOID PURCHASING
SAMSUNG MOBILE.
I was earlier using
Lenovo Z2 Plus Mobile. I decided to change mobile and decided to purchase second sale product in warranty, but my big MISTAKE was that decided to buy
SAMSUNG BRAND.
Who had given authority to
SAMSUNG to installed duplicate screed/lcd weather its second sale or first sale product. No doubt I purchased in warranty, having faith in
SAMSUNG BRAND, which was my big mistake, I was not aware that
SAMSUNG Product have no Second SALE value as per MR Manish Kumar Singh.
AS per mail dated 13th Feb 2018 from Mr Manish Kumar Singh, he has written that, After an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage. IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL THAT IF
SAMSUNG INSTALLED ORIGINAL SCREEN/LCD, THEN IS THE QUALITY SO LOW/BAD THAT SCREEN COLORS GOT FADED IN TWO DAYS O[censored]SAGE AFTER REPLACEMENT OF SCREEN. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, OR THAT WAS DUPLICATE LCD/SCREEN WHICH WAS INSTALLED BY
SAMSUNG IN MY MOBILE. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS THE REASON SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS AND AVOID PURCHASING
SAMSUNG MOBILE BECAUSE THEY INSTALL DUPLICATE/ LOW QUALITY SERVICE REPAIR PARTS.
Earlier battery of phone was SWOLLEN and that has caused cracks on screen, which was also checked by your certified technical support engineer, and after taking long time with their extensive research they ACCEPTED THIS AND installed BATTERY and DUPLICATE LCD/SCREEN in my mobile. After using for two days I realized that screen quality is very dull and color not as original screen. Even after full brightness screen colour was not visible and good. I found that something wrong and fraudulent thing has been done while replacing screen and seems that like duplicate screen has been installed in mobile. My eyes were also feeling stressed but before replacing screen colour was clear and smooth.

SAMSUNG USING SO BAD MATERIAL IN THEIR PRODUCT THAT BATTERY IS SWOLLEN WITHIN ONE YEAR AND CAUSING CRACKS ON SCREEN. KINDLY CONFIRM SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD KNOW THIS AND AVOID PURCHASING
SAMSUNG MOBILE.
You have written in mail dated 13th FEB that, "
Samsung repair process ensures equated performance of your product to your satisfaction." HOW WITH DUPLICATE OR FADED SCREEN OR SWOLLEN BATTERY WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE.
In mail dated 13th feb 2018 Manish requested me to Please confirm my decision, I confirmed my decision and clearly requested for refund with HARASSMENT AMOUNT or replace as I will not accept that repaired mobile in which
SAMSUNG had done experiments by installing DUPLICATE SCREEN. Please confirm decision was requested by Manish because I was asking for replacement earlier also when there was manufacturing defects in mobile battery. This was found by expert engineers of
SAMSUNG. Because of manufacturing defect, battery could have bursted and have taken me and my family's life. Manish assured me that they will replace my mobile if there will be any defect in future in regard to replaced parts. I agreed But for surprise Service Centre installed duplicate Screen and they got caught by me. Now in result he is Indimating me over phone and mail that I have purchased second sale product and I have done wrong, I should stop asking for replacement/refund.
As per mail dated 13th feb, Manish has already given purchase date of mobile i.e 11.04.2017, means he was aware that mobile was under warranty and he had all details of first purchaser and was well aware that I am the second owner. Defective battery and screen/lcd was replaced by his instructions at service centre as he had all details of Bill. Service center also checked bill before accepting mobile for replacing defective manufacturing parts. The way Manish is pretending in mail dated 16th feb that he was not aware of this that I am the second owner is one more fraudulent thing and was another way of HARASSMENT. Manish tried to Indimating me over phone that I have purchased second sale product and I have done wrong, I should stop asking for replacement/refund.
In mail dated 16th feb Manish Singh has written that
SAMSUNG don't have replacement /refund policy for the second sale product and we will only provide you the service of the product. Is this is the policy that
SAMSUNG have right to install duplicate screen in my mobile because I have purchased second sale product which is under warranty. PLEASE SHARE THAT POLICY WITH ME AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THAT IN POLICY MANUAL GIVEN IN BOX. PLEASE SHARE SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY THAT
SAMSUNG WILL INSTALL FAKE PARTS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT CUSTOMER WHO HAS SUBMITTED HIS MOBILE IS NOT THE FIRST OWNER AND HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING.
NOW THE QUESTION IS THAT WHY I ACCEPT THAT REPAIRED MOBILE IN WHICH THERE WAS DEFECTIVE BATTERY, IT WAS SWOLLEN IN WARRANTY, SCREEN CAUSED CRACKS AND AFTER THAT
SAMSUNG INSTALLED DUPLICATE SCREEN HAVING SOME EXPERIMENTS WITH MY MOBILE.
SAMSUNG IS LIABLE FOR THIS HARASSMENT.
DETAILS OF HARASSMENT IS VERY LONG AS I HAVE LOT OF MAILS REGARDING THIS.
PLEASE REPLY SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS.
