[Resolved] Samsung India — smartphone galaxy c7 pro | |||||
I purchased mobile (Model no sm-c701fzddins) from amazon.in on 14.05.2017. On 22.10.2017, my phone became dead. Took to samsung service centre - [protected]- sanchar electronics pvt ltd, ultadanga, kolkata-700054 on 23.10.2017 (Bill no. [protected]), who informed after few hours that mobile had "liquid logged" and thus not covered under warranty and repair cost would be rs 18000/-. This problem as explained by service engineer was not due to customer fault but product failure. I demanded free service but was denied as per samsung rules.
