[Resolved] Samsung India — spare of the samsung gt - n8000 tab | |||
Bought a samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. I have approached to the service centers (Padma communication) with job card bill no [protected] on 14.08.2018 when i asked can we repair the board, they said no. And more over they say it as e waste and waste as no spares for the tab are available from past 2 years. Even i have spoke with the customer care they simply say sorry for this. The total trust has just vanished after speaking to the samsung service center and the customer executive. I am decided to log a consumer complain against samsung india and the service center.
