[Resolved] Samsung India — speaker issue within 9 days of purchasing but support denied to replace | |||||
Hi team, I had purchased samsung galaxy c7 pro and it started acting weirdly from th day 3 and day 9 speaker had stopped working. Immediately i had approached support people and they have denied for the replacement telling that its just a software issue. Again the same issue repeated day 14 th and to my bad luck it is on sunday as the service centre is closed i had to approach online support people and immediately submitted my mobile on day 15th. Now these people are not replacing my mobile telling its 15th day. I had asked for replacement on day 9th itself but they have denied telling we cant as it is a software issue and reinstalled the software. Please do justice to me.
