[Resolved] Samsung India — split ac 1ton

I have purchased the AC 3 months back and all-most from 2 Months I am facing the issues.
1) Dab smell from AC.
2) cooling not up to the mark.
3) AC remort not working properly.
We have raised case with reliance & also called customer care and raised case with Samsung. But very poor response from your team.
I am requesting you to replace the AC or refund the amount.
