[Resolved] Samsung India — swollen s7 edge battery & heating issue | |||
I am using samsung s7edge mobile phone since a long time & was happy to use it. But 2 days back i was shocked to see my phone started heating up & it was heated so much that i had to throw it away from my body. The battery got swollen & i was not able to touch the phone. My concern is not about the phone. I just want to ask samsung that we at our place all using high end samsung phones what is the guarantee that it won’t harm us. My child plays games on the phone daily. But after this insident i will have to think about samsung Was this information helpful? | |||
